IOWA is pleased to welcome Professor Leslie Behaunek to address the differences between state and federal practice. Professor Behaunek practiced extensively in both state and federal court during her time at the Nyemaster firm. Leslie will be explaining how to register to practice in federal court, the major differences between state and federal practice, and a few highlights of the differences between regular federal court and bankruptcy court.
The event is by Zoom, but IOWA will also be hosting watch parties. If you want to attend a watch party, please make sure to select the correct registration option for that watch party. IOWA will provide a light lunch at watch parties.
